Sayaf is a Program Manager for the Women’s Political Participation Program, Metaketa V Initiative within the Political Economy Program. He holds a Masters degree in Political Science from New York University. His M.A. thesis focused on the determinants of crime victimization risk in urban neighborhoods of Lahore. Sayaf plans to pursue a Ph.D. in Political Science and is interested in studying decentralization, public goods provision, and law enforcement.
He has previously led the Trust and Governance Project at IDEAS.
