Safa KashafResearch Assistant
Safa is a Research Assistant for the Human Development Cluster. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, with a minor in Political Science, from New York University in Abu Dhabi. Her senior thesis was an empirical research project to determine the link between parents’ education and children’s educational attainment in Pakistani households, focusing on gender trends in the inter-generational transmission of education. Safa plans to one day pursue a Master’s degree in Public Policy with a focus on issues of access and inclusivity in education, particularly for underprivileged and minority groups.
