Mehr Asma JavedResearch Associate
Having earned her Master’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University in Public Policy and Management as a Fulbright Scholar, Mehr joined IDEAS as a Research Associate for the Human Development Program. Prior to her Master’s, she attended LUMS for a Bachelors in Economics and Politics.
Mehr’s study focus areas are Program Evaluation, Behavioural Economics, and Data Analytics for Policy, with a particular interest in how data can be visualised to bring attention to underlying narratives. She hopes to continue expanding her understanding of the barriers that restrict development potential, and contributing to culturally specific research that minimises the impact of these barriers.
